I saw your previous post and I apologize, I thought that I replied to you. I have to say that I searched the site pretty thoroughly, at least I believe it to have been pretty thoroughly, and unless the method for doing so is hiding in plain sight, I couldn't seem to find any mechanism for deleting one's account. Nor can I find any mention of it, explicit or oblique, in the FAQs. That hardly seems possible, though, I don't understand how or why that provision would not be made.

i've searched all options here as well. nothing i can see. even sent a message to the administrators with no response. just want to wipe it clean and maybe reopen a new account as lots of dead wood in over 10 years of posts. very unusual as most sites have a mechanism to delete an account.

I realize that it is less than ideal, but what you will probably just need to do is log out of this account and start a fresh one with a new email address. Just call it mezzogiorno62B or something.
