Asti and Alsessandria Early Civil records 1800's and earlier

I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask this question...Where can I find Civil Records from the Asti and Alessandria Province's prior to 1860 and earlier. Pretty much everything online is 1866 to the present...Birth, Marriage and Death.I've found my Great Great Great Grandfather Bartolomeo Silvano of Camino but not his birth ,marriage and Death Records. I do have his son Andrea my GG Grandfather birth date ( 1813) and Death date (June 15 1873).

MyHeritage, Ancestry, FamilySearch and Antenati doesn't have anything prior to 1860.... well a few years with Antenati but nothing for Cunico (Asti) and Camino (Alessandria).
