I'm trying to source Census records (Stato delle anime) for a town called Colle Sannita in Benevento, Campania,

Can anyone help me here?

Stati delle Anime (States of Souls) are documents kept in parishes or Diocesan Historical Archives.

I think they are not digitized. But I think the best thing is to ask directly.

The Catasto Onciario for Colle Sannita is published in book form and it contains the Stato d'anime for 1742.

I do not know whether the Stato delle Anime (State of Souls) is published in it in its entirety.
In the volumes kept at the State Archives in Naples it should be there.
