Salerno Catasto

I am trying to find the listing of the communes in Salerno for which any Catasto exists, in particula for Sala Consilina ?

Also can I contact the Salerno Archives regarding information ?

Do you mean the "Catasti onciari" (contain different info with respect to ordinary Catasto")?

The Catasto Onciario of Sala Consilina (then Sala), is kept at the State Archives in Naples. In that of Salerno, according to the inventories, it is not present. It was finished in 1764 (again according to the inventories).
It is not digitizedat

Is there a source to find old maps or at a listing of the communes' sub-districts (or quartieri I guess)

I'm looking for those neighborhoods as they would have been in Sala Consilina (Sala) around the time of the catasto in 1760's and also for Padula in the 1740-1750's....

Any ideas would be helpful
