Vaccarino family

I am hoping you can help me connect the lineage of Vaccarinos to the Vaccarinos who lived or are living in the state of Maryland especially in the city of Baltimore. I have been told that my 2nd great-grandfather Isidoro Vaccarino was a proietto(1832-1909). He married Giuseppa Leotta (1724-1899) on 8/1/1851. They had 5 children: Pasquale ( my great-grandfather), Lucia, Giovanna, Giuseppe and Rosario. I believe the connection to the Baltimore Vaccarinos comes thru my great-grandfather’s brother Giuseppe. Giuseppe married Francesca Barbagallo and had 2 children, Carmelo and Isidoro. He married a second time after Francesca’s death to Agata Le Mura and had 2 more children (Giuseppe and Giuseppa). Carmelo and Isidoro immigrated to the US as did Giuseppe. I believe that I am related to them since we share the same paternal grandparents. If I am correct, my grandfather Isidoro and (18771947) and Carmelo are 1st cousins. This really gets confusing and I wonder if anyone could help me figure out the lineage so that I can add them to my genealogical family tree. Any assistance you can give me would be much appreciated. Note:
I found a Giuseppe Vaccarino born in Riposto in 1858 to Giuseppa Leotta...but...father was SALVATORE Vaccarino, not Isodoro.
This same Giuseppe Vaccarino married with Francesca Barbagallo in Riposto in 1883...father is Salvatore Vaccarino and mother is Giuseppa Leotta.

So it appears that Giuseppe and Pasquale did not have same
Parents.
