brick walls due to records not online

Hello,
As a last stage I am wondering if the below can be found.
I have gone online and I do not see these records available.
Could you please confirm i am at a dead end and what do you suggest next if anything
If i can't see the records online would it do me any good to hire a researcher.
Is going to the town records office or pay someone to do that a possible solution

Scenario 1- couple
Francesco Monteleone Death Sambuca November 11, 1808 - Birth probably Sambuca is estimated to be about 1754 but that is not absolute. I need his marriage to
Antonina Femminella -- also her birth possibly in Menfi about 1770 who died in Menfi on february 18 1857
they had Castrenze born in 1807 in Sambuca

Scenario 2 - couple
Calogero Cicero Died March 21 1846 in Sambuca- need birth about 1779
need marriage--to Vincenza Palmeri- born probably Sambuca about 1790- died Sambuca September 25 1837
They had Francesco about 1804

There are no Italian civil records before 1809, and in some towns, 1820 or later. There may be Catholic parish records, though contacting parishes for records usually results in no response as due to the shortage of priests, priests normally cover multiple parishes and have no time nor willingness to help. You can try, but if that doesn't work, a genealogist is your last hope.

There are church records for Sambuca at the above links. You need to register on the website to use it. The priest keeps changing the website. Hopefully one of these links will work for you.
