What is the side note in this baptism record?

Post by RobininStl »

Can someone help me with the death record for Catarina Culcasi & Laurello. It's the last entry on the right hand side of the page. It says something about her birth, but I'm not what it means. I believe it says "nata che nel [not sure of next word] non vie che via moglie di Andrea Laurello". The record is from Monreale, Palermo, Sicily.

Is says "Nota che nel originale non vi è che sia moglie di Andrea Lorello" - "notice that in the original (maybe this is a copy?) it is not said she was Andrea Lorello's wife"

Thank you for the assist. The "a's" and "o's" are sometimes so hard to distinguish. The word "nota" makes more sense than "nata", though I was hoping it was a reference to her birth because I've not been able to locate that record. Robin
