Find Date of Death in New York City

Filomena Scarola, born in Grumo Appula, has both a Social Security record and a NY death record, but they are missing details such as date of death. Both records correctly state her spouse and one child though one has a misspelling (last name ending in "e" instead of "a") and one uses the American nickname for Filomena (Fannie). I've attached both records to this post. Can someone verify when she died?

I also could not find an Ellis Island record for her. Can someone find that too?

Yes, I just found this out from a New York City Italian genealogy website. Posted below but the copy and paste did not separate the columns as was separated in what I copied from. Look at the last line for Nicolo Fariello, who was her son. 7640 is the same certificate number given in my previous attachment for his mother's death record. Has to be a clerical error. Yet, I do have and did post the mother's Social Security record indicating that she did come here, which we never thought that she did. Her husband Rocco Fariello died in Grumo Appula, Bari in 1944. I also have an Italian response (not posted) that said the she emigrated from Toritto, Bari on November 29, 1935. So I still think that she came here and never saw her husband again. Can't find a way to post that here anymore.

Tessa, my Filomena Scarola (maiden name) was born on April 16, 1861 in Grumo Appula to parents Michele Donato Scarola (1822-1896) and Grazia Priore (1827 - before 1883). Therefore she is not the Filomena Fariello persons that you posted.

I've been in contact recently with the owner of that tree. We're second cousins as our grandmothers were sisters and also daughters of Filomena Scarola. I visited her father's house in Long Island once in the 1950s when she was a toddler and I was about 10. She's new to Ancestry and I've helped her find new information plus clean up mistakes.
On Rocco Fariello, I mailed a request years ago to Grumo Appula and they responded by mail with his death record on a form that was not the typical death record form. I wish there was a way to add these to my replies as an attachment. I can email it to you plus more documents Grumo Appula sent to me if you want to give me your email address. My Ancestry.com Tree is Puma Tree Most Current if you are able to look that up. It would have those documents in his Gallery section.
Where did you find Grumo Appula death acts from 1943 to 1945? Don't see them an Antenati nor Family Search.

What I don't know is whether her husband also went to Toritto. The documents I received from Grumo Appula do not indicate that. This family moved around a lot. In addition to living in Grumo Appula, Carpinone, and Toritto, they had one child born in Pisciotto. Grumo Appula is where the parents were born and married. Rocco Fariello was a shoemaker. per his marriage record.

I checked the available death acts (including page by page through death Allegati) in Toritto for 1844-and 1845, but I did not find Rocco Fariello.

Here is Rocco Fariello's birth act in 1863.
Unfortunately, it does not contain an annotation of his death in 1944.

Perhaps Rocco was part of the mass casualties resulting from the raid of Bari during WWII?
