Hello all,
I am looking for Jean Giovanni Carli Mar 12 1803 - Corendon Plinio Provincia de Leceo Lombardia Italia.
I have his descendants but nothing about ancestors. He died in Indonesia and possibly made a stop in Dusseldorf at some point.
He had at least 13 children with Justine Kladonitz.
It is possible that his parent was Giovanni (Jean) Marie Carli but I have no proof.
Is there anyone who has tips or possible links to Italian family trees that contain his name?
Thank you very much for your help.

You won’t find a birth certificate in Italy for 1803 you would need to access parish records for that which is usually necessary to do in person, although you could try writing to the priest

Thank you! I will have to find a solution for that

Hello
Corenno Plinio is a small village on the shores of Lake Como, hamlet of Dervio, Province of Lecco, but Diocese of Milan. So for a 1803 baptism record you must write to the parish (dervio@chiesadimilano.it) or to the Diocesan Archive (archivio@diocesi.milano.it)
Good research
