Need help deciphering death record of Vincenzo Leta

Esteemed colleagues,

Vincenzo Leta died in 1899, as per this record:

It is un-numbered, but the index for that year says it's on page 92.

Between the penmanship and the quirky irregularities of this record, it is beyond my ability to extract some basic information:
Who were the parents of Vincenzo?
What were the circumstances of his death?

I will appreciate whatever clarifications can be provided. Thanks!

It's the top left record. Vincenzo Leta died 17 Nov 1899 aged 41, son of deceased Michelangelo & Domenica (Piro?), husband of Paola Di Stefano.

While he was born in Castelbuono, the death occurred and was also registered in Isnello and states he was living in Collesano.
