With the new contract between the Italian government and FamilySearch, the Riveli di Beni e Anime are no longer available for examination through any source that I know. As someone who has spent hundreds or thousands of hours studying these because they're often the only way to definitively identify living relations, ancestors, etc.
Does anyone know if there are plans to make these available again, whether through Antenati or some other web portal? Or does this appear to be the end of the line for Riveli?

Contact the state for the area which to search and see if they can supply a copy. The state archives does this for the catasto onciario. There is usually a cost of the service.
