Birth Record for Guerino Carrarini

Hello.

I am looking for the birth record of Guerino Carrarini, born in Rome. I am having issues with the Ancestors Portal. He is the son of Louis Carrarini and Maria Ann Camfria.

I have two possible birth dates for him:

30 Jul 1892

30 Jun 1893

In the Roma 10-year index of births (1892-1901) there are only 2 listings of Carrarini, and both have a father Mario. One in is 1894 and the other in 1897.

Perhaps he was from one of the towns in the Province of Roma?

Thank you so much for this additional information. It is very helpful. The reason I’m interested in Guerino is that I think he might have been married to my great aunt Giulia Teofilo, a native of Conversano and daughter of Vito Pietro and Maria Nardomarino. Guerino is the informant on her 1922 death record: https://www.ancestry.com/search/collect ... 99&ssrc=pt. He reported that Giulia’s father was Giovanni, but Vito Pietro had died in 1902, and maybe he just didn’t know his name. There are no other “Giovanni’s” in my Teofilo family tree.

Giulia arrived in the States on September 19, 1916 to stay with her brother Matteo’s wife in Akron, Ohio: https://www.ancestry.com/search/collect ... 99&ssrc=pt.

That passenger list and the death record are the only records I have found that are Giulia’s. I recently traveled to Italy, and a gentleman who works in the records office in Conversano told me there are no other records for Giulia Teofilo beyond her birth record, so I do think she stayed in the States.

Guerino served in WWI for the United States, but I also haven’t been able to find his military record on Fold 3. Only his draft card, which indicated he was single at the time:

If Guerino was married to my aunt, his second marriage to Antonietta Regano produced a child in late 1923.

Thanks, again! I’m trying to find any marriage records in the States for Guerino. My current theory is that his first marriage was to my great aunt Giulia Teofilo.
