does this record say anything about Vincenzo's parents?

I see no mention of his parents. It looks like he was a widower "viduo". If you find his previous marriage it might name his parents.

On 22 April 1619, a Vincenzo Viviano, son of Mastro Francesco, died and was buried in the church of S. Michele.
Neither his parents nor his wife are mentioned.
(Sambuca, Defunti, Vol. 1 1607-1620, f. 131, imm. #131)
