Hello and welcome to the forum!!! Sorry for the delay in reply. I'd not seen this post before today, so I'm thinking that because it is your first post, it has taken some time for it to be cleared. Anyways, here's the first translation and I'll translate the second one shortly. Let me know if you would like the marriage record which I have located translated as well.

Birth No 139: Maria Giuseppa Fiore
Registered in Ruoti, on 22 October 1881

(Margin Annotation: on 22 January 1903 marries Rocco Antonio Sanora)

Appearing was Vito Nicola Fiore, 29 yo, Proprietario (land owner) living in Ruoti. He reported that at 8 pm on 19 of the current month (19 October 1881) in the house in Strada Piscone (I'd say Piscine), no number given, from Rosa Errico, his wife, donna di casa (housewife) living with him was born a baby of female sex who he presented to the official and gave the name of Maria Giuseppa.

1903 Marriage Record No 2: Maria Giuseppa Fiore and Rocco Antonio Sanora

Here is the second record:

Birth No 19: Vito Nicola Nunzio Ianora
Registered in Ruoti on 25 March 1905

Appearing was Rocco Ianora, 36 yo, calzolaio (cobbler/shoemaker), living in Ruoti. He reported that at 1 pm on 24 of the current month (24 March 1905) in the house in Via San Lorenzo, No 37, from his wife, Maria Giuseppa Fiore, donna di casa, living with him, was born a baby of male sex who he presented to the official and gave the name of Vito Nicolo Nunzio.

The names at the base of the record are just the witnesses, who happened to be present at the Town Hall on the day the baby was presented and birth registered. They are generally not related in any way.
