My late father was an orphan in Chicago. Before he passed he found his adoption papers listing his parents as Oreste Luciano Pignataro (b.12/10/1908-d.1/07/1984) and Abby Youmans.
Oreste arrived at Port of New York on December 12, 1920 at the age of 12.
His siblings were Eduerdo, Nilena and Ernesto. I cant seem to get any further then that. Especially the lineage to Italy. Can anybody direct me correctly or help?

Pasquale Pignataro’s wife was Fortunata Lappano.
She died on 9 April 1899, the day after Giovanni’s marriage publications request.
