Can someone please help me with translating this old military document.

After the bottom name translation, Anselmo Porta.

This is a copy of the Liste di Leva (Conscript List) which gives Anselmo Porta's name, his parents’ names, place of birth, date of birth, etc which you probably already know. I’m understanding that he didn’t pass the medical/physical test due to “chest tightness” (sistrettenza di torace).

Makes sense now as to why they sent this and not his matriculation sheet, he never made it in the army by the looks.

Thanks for the word correction and also the explanation. I wondered whether it had something to do with the chest measurement as I've seen this reason given before on other military records.
