I've also seen "scheduled" and "not contemplated" for locations on Antenati.

Thanks for all the information.

I received the manifesto today- you were right - no placement with the mastracchi's! But wrong about him remaining in home - he had 2 placements to same surname in Alatri - but the surnames don't sound very Italian to me. I'll post it in a bit I wanna see what I can find first. It doesn'[t look like he ever went to a wet nurse just this family....

So he didn't remain in a facility and Stirpe is a surname.

My speculations are getting as wild as yours.
