Caterina’s parents are not named in any of the records. She only appears under her husband's surname Lumbardo. Vito Lumbardo was the son of deceased Giuseppe. He was from Prizzi.

@erudita
there are 3 catharinas wife of vito and wife of joseph and wife of andrea
are you stating that all three have no surnames mentioned.
who was from prizzi-- vito or giuseppe
rocco is a male so he is previouse husband to catharina-- corrrect and not vito
thank you for any clarification

I’ve been trying to sort everything out for you but I don’t feel I’m being very successful.
First of all, I did find the death record for Rocco Sfirrazza. He died at about age 40 in Corleone on July 11, 1693, image 235 of 426, folio 36. There is no mention of the names of his wife, parents, or his place of birth in record. The surname Sfirrazza does not seem to be a surname found in Corleone. I’ve looked through indices for previous years and only found the surname for his death record.
On Nov 28, 1693, his widow, Caterina (Sfirrazza-her married surname) remarried in Corleone. She married a Vito Lumbardo, the son of deceased Giuseppe Lumbardo. The record reads he (Vito) was from Prizzi.i’ve had no luck finding his baptism record.
Then Caterina Lumbardo (the widow of Vito Lumbardo, remarried on Nov 3, 1695 in Corleone to Andrea Palazzo. He was the son of Giacomo and Caterina Palazzo. The maiden name of neither Caterina appears in this marriage record.
March 24, 1712 Caterina, wife of Andrea Palazzo, died at about age 45. Her maiden name is not in the record.
Andrea Palazzo, now a widower, June 29, 1713 remarried Laurea di Filippo. In this marriage record, there is a maiden name given for his deceased wife, Caterina Lumbardo. I can’t decipher it. I thought it could be Leone but the L is formed differently than the L in the first name of his new bride Laurea. Hopefully someone else can accurately decipher it for you. Her parents Giovanni and deceased Paula di Filippo. His father Giacomo Palazzo was deceased. The maiden name of his mother Caterina Palazzo is not given.
The only Giuseppe is the deceased father of Vito Lumbardo.
