RE: ATTI DI NASCITA IN OLIVERI MESSINA

trying to research atti di nascita records in oliveri messina ca.1881/1882. nothing at www.antenati for this time period. just the earlier records. nothing for italian civil records. at family search there are civil registration records for this time period in oliveri messina.there are 3 civil registration options. oliveri stato civile tribunal ,registri di stato civile di patti circondario messina 1867-1910, and stato civile di oliveri 1820-1910 item 3 which supposedly covers 1866-1910. this should include the records i'm researching. it doesn't appear to be consistent. oliveri is a small comune but the years as i follow them don't appear to include all the births.i worked through the years 1866 through 1880 and then they skip to 1885. i'm wondering if the years i'm searching are simply missing. very confusing. if anyone out there is familiar with these records in this comune feel free to message me with any help or suggestions.
