Can anyone help me translate this birth document? I tried myself and used Google Translate but I know some of it is wrong because I cannot read the penmanship. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Birth No 143 – Giuseppe D’Anna
Registered in Trabia on 3 October 1900
Appearing before the official was Salvatore D’Anna, 44 yo, Giardiniere (Gardener), living in Trabia. He reported that at 12 o’clock on 1 October, 1900 in the house in Via Arcana’, no number given, from his wife, Ninfa Spalla, without a profession, living with him, was born a baby of male sex, who he presented to the official and gave the name of Giuseppe.
The other names written there are the names of those witnessing the birth registration.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it. What were the professions of the two witnesses. I have one as a "Monk"?
Here is what I thought it said, but I am sure I was wrong.
"Antonino Mazzo, sixty-three years old, a monk, and Giuseppe La Rosa, sixty years old, a servant, both residing in this Municipality." Is this correct?

Hi there
This is what I read:
Antonino Mazza, 63 yo, muratore (bricklayer/mason) and Giuseppe La Rosa, 60 yo, servente (an attendant), both residing in this town.
You are very welcome for the help.

All good. You are going well. Once you get use to the script you'll be fine. I'm posting a list of Italian Occupations below which you might find helpful. I downloaded this years ago and keep adding to it, because we often come across occupations we haven't seen before. You can also also check here on the forum by clicking on "Quick links" top left corner above "Board index". Just scroll down to "Search".''
