Help with baptismal for Giovanni Tinnirello

Would someone please translate this record. It is the 4th record on the left side of the page. It looks like Giovanni Antonino but there is another word that looks like Antonio in there also. Can someone tell me what the word is before his father's name which I think is Mariano. Thanks so much.

Thanks Danip. Wow, his name is actually Antonio Antonino. Aren't they pretty much the same name?
