1. Yes, I believe Sciame with accent on e is Vita’s surname.

3. Marriage of Vita and Francesco Lucido. His parents, deceased Filippo Lucido and Giovanna (I think her surname could be Lucio and what follows is di questa (questa is abbreviated) terra. (Of this land)

Vita is of Marco and Bartola Sciame.
