He was about age 60 at death. No wife’s name given in the death record.

It says "etatis suae" which means "of his age." Leonardus Ferraro etatis suae an: 60: circiter. Leonardo Ferraro of age 60 years approximately. It is an "e" not a "q"

There are no words before his name. At the top of the record it says, "Die 23 Eiusdem 77". Day 23 of same [month] [17]77. I expect that you would recognize dates at the top. If it is OK for me to post images from the Agrigento diocese's website I would post it here.
