Looking for a list of the Trieste Province's Frazioni..

Hi, i've been trying to get the names of the frazioni of the Trieste Province in Italian-German-Slovenian 'cause as you know that part of the Country has equal influence, and i have an old dpcument refereing to places in the area, who had turned out to be in german (as in Görz - Gorizia) or in slovenian (Rizmanje - San Giuseppe della Chiusa)...

I hope you guy can help me out...

Thanks Sanj.. i'll have to real all the list 'cause the names i have are probably mispelled:

Logri
Presle ---> i once saw in a map a place with that name.. or maybe Prezle? now in Slovenia
Rizmanje ---> now San Giusppe della Chiusa
Strak
Sant Abas
