Help me find my Italian Cousins

[jwiilliams]

Hello, I have one letter from my cousins in Italy from 1971 and the address reads Caserma Giovanni Romagnoli Roma Italia. Where in Rome is this? It that a street address or a military base?

This may help,,,,,,,

The General Quartier of the Commando Air Force Rome has been constituted 1 March 1999, on ashes of the Re.S.C.A.M. (Unit Services Centers Them Air Force).
The primary center is the Barracks "Giovanni Romagnoli", framed in the Defended Group of the General Quartier of the Commando Air Force Rome, completed in 1938.
