The name is Mordecai does anyone know where this name originates from can also be spelt Mordecay.

Mordecai is a Hebrew name found in the Old Testament. Here is some info.

Mordecai (Mordechai) Hebrew name meaning servant of MARDUK (chief Persian God). He was cousin to and foster father of biblical esther. =Peter=
