Study In Italy
I'm a college freshmen right now, and want to study in Florence for a year when I'm a junior. Has anyone done it, and if so, is willin to share their experiences?

Re: Study In Italy
I did it many years ago and it was fun and it probably still is fun just more expensive. If you wish to learn Italian langiage you have to stay at least 6 months, get yourself a loquacious boyfriend (look it up) and never never never speak english, carry your dictionary with you everywhere and let people help you. When you start thinking in Italian without realizing it you graduate with honors.
There are several universities in Italy that will offer courses for foreigners and may not be as expensive. Florence is great but very distracting. =Peter=

Re: Study In Italy
Thank you so much! I went to Florence in February, and just fell in love with the city! I really want to study there!
An Italian boyfriend would be hot. I think the best way to really know about the culture is to live there. I want to go for 2 semesters, so from september to may!
