The person who wrote that message on the Ruscio's from Chicago is the same person that wrote this message about the Surname Gugliotta:

You can order a copy of the naturalization papers from the archive. Send them an e-mail with all the info you have. They will e-mail you with what they find and you can recieve all the documents used in the process. This is if he naturalized in New York. But you have nothing to loose by sending them an e-mail

I think that I may ask Vito Ruscio's still living sons, because Filadelfia is a small place and everybody knew everybody. Maybe they remember about their father's cousin. Is it possibile to have their address?

I'll also try to e-mail in order to have the Naturalization form. Thank you all for your help:)

Antonio,
I was looking at your Vincenzo Gugliotta posts from 15 years ago. If you're still out there and still looking for information, I may know a bit. Vincenzo's cousin, Vito Ruscio, was my father's godfather and the families were very close. Additionally, my great grand mother was Anna Gugliotta (1863-1941) who was married to Vitantonio Paonessa (1863-1927). And just for fun, I have many Michienzi relatives!
