If you (or anyone) is still following this thread, I wonder if you could offer me some suggestions for doing research on a family line from the Trento area. I'm very new to doing geneology outside the US, so this is all new to me.
I'm looking for info on a Charles Yoris (or possibly Ioris) born in Trento, Italy, and married to a woman with the family name of Zerega. They had a daughter, Margaret Yoris, born in Rapallo Italy around 1896, and he and the daughter eventually immigrated to the US.
