Addolorata Pelini from Castel del Monte in L'Aquila Reg

Does anyone know if one can still get to this town on a high Hill or did the earthquake damage it too much? Looking for relatives of my Grand mother born here May 18, 1908. She had a brother Vincenzo Peliini and a sister.
