My father was actually born in San Pietro.
Does anyone know exactly where that is? It is supposed to be near Cosenza.
Thank you.

Re: Cosenza - San Pietro
Your San Pietro appears top be a "frazioni" (a neigjhborhood , a hamlet or a suburb absorbed by an expanding adjoining larger town). However there are three towns in Cosenza province that each have a "frazioni".
Those 3 towns are Belmonte Calabro, Falconara Albanese and Cetraro
If any of these 3 appear to be your family town of origin please let us know so that we can advise you further. =Peter=

Re: Cosenza - San Pietro
There are 2 possibilities in the Cosenza province:
San Pietro in Guarano (http://en.comuni-italiani.it/078/127/index.html)
and
San Pietro in Amantea (http://en.comuni-italiani.it/078/126/index.html)
Both links are in English and point to a map.
