?Raimondi ?

[garyyarg]

I'm trying to help a friend with an Italian ancestor and the only information we have regarding place of birth is from a Kentucky death certificate listing
"Raimondi" as the place of birth. Can anyone tell us where this is and what the local civil office associated with it would be?
Thanks

The lack of a surname or gross geography (sicily north or south italy) made the search difficult but I came across a "neighborhood or suburb" of another town which comes fairly close and is called RAMONDINO which is located in a town of San Piero Patti 98068 in the province of Messina Sicily. =Peter=
