You may also want to explore the microfilmed records at your nearest LDS (Mormon) Family History Center...
They have available the civil registrations [births (nati), marriages (matrimoni), and deaths (morti)] for the town of Marzano di Nola, from 1809 - 1899

You will need to visit the center to order/rent the film, and then return to the center to view it when it arrives. These are original documents and are in Italian.
