Castle Garden and Ellis Island
Something I've noticed about one of my ancestors. The same record for Giuseppa Buccelle can be found at Castle Garden and Ellis Island for Feb 26, 1892. I'm kind of confused....Why would they both have this record?? Are both sites helping each other out with the indexing?

It seems you happen to be looking at a recod for the year that they intersected.
