I had a niece ask me questions about submitting the documents at the San Francesco embancy for dual citizenship.
Does the final divorce judgement have to be translated for the citizenship process?
Is the divorce judgement on the person asking for the Citizenship or is it on the ancestor of whom you qualify through.

I believe from reading the website that the divorce decree is treated like a vital document, which means it needs a translation and the apostille as well.
