I think the entry on the lower left of this image is a birth record for my grandfather, Pietro Toso. But my skill at reading this old handwriting is poor. Help? I'm trying to identify his parents. He was born in or near Varese Ligure, La Spezia, Liguira. As far as I can determine from scant family and U.S. Census records, he was born in 1867.
