Great grandparents children

Post by JCM »

Am searching for all the children of Vincenzo Carullo and Angela Genovese of Avellino, Italy, married 4/22/1858 in Avellino. They are my great great grandparents but I can’t find any other children besides my great grandmother, Domenica, 8/21/1859-8/15/1899 in Avellino. I have her birth record but can’t read Italian. 😭😭😭 I’m sure she wasn’t an only child…wasn’t that illegal in Italy then? 🙄🙄🙄

Have no birth date for Vincenzo but have circa 1824 for wife, Angela
Genovese, based on age of 33 at marriage found by another searcher on FS.

TIA!

For reference purposes...
These are the publication of banns and notification for Vincenzo Carullo and Angela Maria Genovese in 1858 in Avellino.

Handwriting is difficult, but Vincenzo appears to be age 28, widower, son of Sabato Carullo, and of Giuseppa (difficult to read surname); and Angela Maria appears to be age 30, daughter of deceased Ciriaco(sp?), and of deceased Rosa (difficult to read last name.)

And here is the birth of Domenica Carullo on 21 August 1859 in Avellino.
#458
Father: Vincenzo Carullo, 30, farmer, residing in a place called Sant'Aronzo, son of Sabato
Mother: Maria Genovese, 36.

Thx so much Tessa n rlw254 for this info. You both always come thru!!! 😊😊😊
The Iannaccone name comes up again in my family…Domenica oldest daughter, my great aunt, married an Iannacone!

One more question….how do I add Antenati records to FS source boxes in new Antenati format??? My brain is totally befuddled on the new process.
