Towns in the Alpes

The fast way to find out if they are in France is to go to the telephone directory at www.infobel.com and insert the french word for post office or police for the town or just try putting in the town name and see what comes up. There is a map site www.mapqwest,com that may be of assistance. Peter

I took a chance with ROURE and sure enough it is in Italy, postal code 10060 in the province of Torino, Piemonte region. The town of Mean many be Meana and there are 5 of them in Italy. The detrmining website for you to check would be going to an italian site at www.paginebianche and putting in (church) Parrocchia in the first line and the town name in the third line and click CERCA. If there is a church in the town and the town is in Italy it should come up. Peter

There is a town in the same postal code and province as Roure for Villaret and is known as Villaretto Chisone. Peter
