I can't tell you how many times (maybe I missed something last time, etc) I looked through the marriage records in Gioiosa Marea, again and again and again, trawling a couple years plus/minus the earliest child (1828) I had found, which of course also didn't mean it was the earliest child. Unfortunately there are some years missing, and I was like arrgh. Meanwhile I turned to other record searches, or took time off.
After so much fruitless repetitive searching, in desperation I turned to a handful of nearby towns. Even though her death record said she was from Gioiosa. (But there were, like, almost no other Baudos, maybe the person reporting got it wrong.)
I used the Cognomix site to see the distribution of Baudo (the bride), as it seems uncommon, and tops were Ficarra and Brolo. I went through Brolo first, purely because one of their grandsons married a girl from Brolo, so I thought maybe there was a connection. Then Ficarra, which definitely has more Baudos. Still nothing. So then I took a last chance flyer on Piraino (couldn't do every town on the Costa Sarecena), because the bride's mother's name was Serraino.
Aaaaaand yay, I found it. 1827. Both bride and groom from Piraino. !!
You people are the only ones who get it, no one in my real life would understand the elation and the fist pump of victory.

Now... can anyone help me with the stuff beyond the first page, like the notes on the documentation? Is there anything illuminating?
finally, finally found the marriage act

Re: finally, finally found the marriage act
Persistence always wins!!!
Amongst the supporting documents (allegati) presented were:
1. Birth Certificates of each of the spouses (ie the bride and groom).
2. Death Certificates of the father, paternal grandfather, and first wife of the groom as well as the Death Certificate of the mother of the bride.
3. The Notifications (Banns) made in both towns of Piraino and Gioiosa.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the Processetti/Allegati have been filmed for the town.

Re: finally, finally found the marriage act
Oh, man, those would be really helpful, lol. I don’t think they were filmed for Gioiosa, either.
Wait. First wife of the groom? Interesting. I’ll have to trawl the 1820-1827 death records and look for vedovos.
