I am researching the Trama and Cimino families in 18th century Isle of Capri. The Antenati records begin in 1809 and I believe I have exhausted all relevant records based on known information of these family members.
I can't figure out if Catasto Onciario has Capri documents. I am open to paying the Archivio di Stato Napoli but I don't know if they have any land/tax/census information on 1700s Capri.
Known family members:
Antuono (or Antonio) Trama, born circa 1732, marinaro, married to Angela Cimino, died on 31 October 1812 in Capri. Survived by his wife and their five married children.
Angiola (or Angela) Cimino, born circa 1747, died on 19 December 1817 in Capri.
Nicolo Trama, born circa 1775 (probably in Capri), marinaro, married Vincenza Lupo in Pozzallo Sicily on 22 May 1808, died in Pozzallo on 1 November 1855.
Raffaela Trama, born circa 1782 (probably in Capri), married Costanzo Catuogno in Capri on 27 August 1809, eventually moved to Torre del Greco where she died on 22 January 1822.
I have not found Antonio and Angela's three other children. Please advise if there are any online pre-1809 Capri genealogy records or if anyone can confirm that Catasto Onciario has them.
You can search for the catasto on the website for the state archives of Naples
