I would greatly appreciate any assistance in scribing the Italian writing in my grandparent's birth certificates. I have made out the English translation at a high level, but having difficulty in re-creating the original Italian.

The document year is very hard to read, but it looks like 1865 (?)

This is a birth record for Rocco Constantino Polito, born 23 October 1865, to Rachela Perre, farmer, wife of Luigi Polito, farmer living in Cirella.

Declaration was made at the town hall by midwife Francesca Polito, 55.
