I dont know where to begin to search for ancestry ?

I am new. My great grandfather, Guisseppi Anzalone ,March 1902 , travelled Napoli to Boston
In Nov. 1902 his children, including my grandfather Angelo Anzalone, age 11 travelled to Boston. I am trying to find out a lot more . Angelo apparently went back to Napoli and returned back t Boston in 1911. I want to find the ship he sailed on and everything else I can find.
Around 1930 he was married to Filomena . Do I have to pay for one of those search memberships to get the info? Mille grazie for any direction you can give!

Where did they live in the US?

Can you give us an approx. birthdate for your GGF, GGM? It seems from your post that Angelo was born about 1891, correct?

Around 1930 he was married to Filomena .

Family tree on Ancestry (if it is correct) gives a date of death for Angelo of September 12, 1929.

Will need to find mother/daughter in 1930 Census...

Can anyone help me figure out when and what ship Angelo sailed when he left Boston to return to Italy? It had to have been around the year 1907 or 1908. My dad says he was sent back to study music back in Naples. That seems so odd for immigrants to do that . You would have to have had a certain amount of money to do that, yes? It is a mystery. I dont know how to search ships departing Boston. ANy help will be wonderful.
