new to group. help finding some information

I'm new to the group and looking on how to find my grandfathers military records from Italy. The information i have is that:

Name: Savatore Natoli

Birth: Patti(messina)


Anyhelp would be great. I don't really know when to begin. Thanks for all your help.

In Messina Archive are this draft registration card for men born in messina province:
1840 to1885 and 1891 to 1917; and 1874 to 1898 (effective militar service); here address and email:
