Can anyone read the parents names from this document? I am not very familiar with old Italian names.

Parents names:

First two are hard to read except for father's surname...
P(or G) xxxx Fracassi
Emercaziano(SP?) Ticciuto

these are clearer:
Nicolino D'Amico
Emilia Ianoraco

Emerenziana is the first name in the document. I have seen this first name before in others.

possibly Limosano in Molise Province-I know that is not currently the province-I believe Campobasso currently is the province nd Molise is just a region now, but I think it is Molise province in the record.

Maybe someone else has another idea.

father of Giuseppe was Giosafato (his first name)- a new one even for me!

I think the surname is Iamonaco and not Ianoraco

Giosafatto Fracassi
Emerenziana d'Amico
Nicolino Ricciuto
Emilia Iamonaco

All of these surnames can be found in the comune of Limosano. As stated above, Limosano is now located in the Province of Campobasso, Region of Molise. At the time of this record, it was located in the distretto of Campobasso, Province of Molise, Region of Abruzzi e Molise.
