This is what it says:

di un oggetto registrato sotto il N. 1453 dal Ufficio di Genova ... spedito dal signor A. Pagano ed indirizzato al signor Arcangelo Altobello fivits a s. vito y Il sotto scritto dichiara che l'oggetto (2) affinato... sopra indicato, gli e slato regoarmente consignato il.

It is a bit hard to read and decipher some letters. Can you give me an idea of what this is?? Thank you so much!javascript:emoticon('post', 'message', ':D')

pratically:
Mr A. Pagano send a thing( by package registered under 1453 number from Genova post office) to Mr Arcangelo ALTOBELLO, and Altobello declared that the thing is arrived( arrivato no affinato) and regularly received the....( maybe a date)...

Thank you. So it is just letting Arcangelo know that he has a package to pick up, or that he has picked it up?
