I read that the annotation states "nata in detta sezione Vicaria" "born in said Vicaria section", that is the same "section" (I don't know if the word is right) of the Commune of Naples where the marraige was celebrated.
Vicarìa is a district in Naples; here is a link (in Italian):

Re: Death record for Maddalena Crispino 1830
Hi Jerry
I am sure I answered your post yesterday night, but now I can't see it...
Now I can't see the image because it is filtered, but I remember that Mayor's surname was Di Capua, and the witness Scipione Vaccariello.
For all the rest, Tessa is OK!

About the manifest of Prinzess Irene, it states he was from Altilia.
It is a small village in the province of Cosenza.
So, if that was your GF, you might try to write to the Commune.

Re: Town/Village Missing from Death Certificate
I found an EI record for one Michelangelo Soriero going to join his brother Saverio in Trenton. It seems to me to be strange, as ages don't match (saverio must have been born abt. 1860, and Michelangelo abt 1889. But it can be a trace. Michelangelo was from Ruvo del Monte, province of Potenza.

Re: Town/Village Missing from Death Certificate
I looked at the manifest again, and I think Tessa is right...the surname should be Soviero. I also checked in www.paginebianche
.it, and today in Sarno there are no Soriero's, and 4 Soviero's.
But I also checked for Soriero in all Italy, and it seems to be a quite uncommon surname: only 19 ...

Day 3rd of the same (month as before).
I, the priest Biagio Bistone, baptized a male child born at 5 p.m. from Vito Baglio and Antonina Colletti, to whom I gave name Gaetano.
Godparents were Giovanni Bartolotta and Calogera Bartolotta.

Re: Town/Village Missing from Death Certificate
Don't know if this can be of any halp, but I found a manifest with Maria Soriero (recorded as Sorrero in the DB) from Sarno, 21 years in 1906, going to Syracuse to her brother-in-law (or simply brother, I'm not so sure) Salvatore. If it can be of any interest, it is here:

I'd say "Alojsia", Latin for "Luigia" or "Luisa".
