I, the priest Biagio Bistone, baptized a male child born at 5 p.m. from Vito Baglio and Antonina Colletti, to whom I gave name Gaetano.
Godparents were Giovanni Bartolotta and Calogera Bartolotta.

Weel, I saw a lot of Gaetano's who became Guy, but I think this is only because it sounds similar..
