Additionally, this may be unrelated but I thought it could possibly be an Uncle or relative - it is interesting that he was born in the West Indies, since apparently your Grandfather traveled there quite often..

It seems like the same Edward Cipriani traveled back to London (possibly Wales or Scotland?) sometime in between 1894 and 1921 (same birth year):

Hi - I found out that my ancestors are from the regione di Basilicata - I'm not sure of the commune. What is the next step I should take? Any expert advice on searching in the Regione?

Hi, with this data is no possible to find something.... I remember by teresita contact that in the Valentino Mandarino marriage record was wrote Basilicata as birthplace.... no so much Gennaro Mandarino in the world, and are a Vicente Mandarino and Genaro son emigrated before of 1891 in USA; well ...
