I think that is it! The birth date is in the range, the location and Name look good. Thank you.

Do you think it would be confirmation if there was a record for the brother that was on the same ship's manifest?

Yes, I think that could be him. It checks several of the boxes. I think that is him.

* Married
* Occupation - Baker
* Number of kids at the time of signing that document.

I've found: 1920 US census, death record, Newspaper article about his death and I think the ship manifest with his details.

Most folks would recommend that you gather as many US
records as you can, taking the clues from census, military
& immigration information you can order some key vital
records.
Once you've confirmed names/dates/relationships,
