Re: Help deciphering manifest script
I will write to the cemetery and Scerni this weekend. Yesterday, I located a cemetery inventory on the Scerni website that has a Beniamino DiTullio with the same birthdate as that on the US Naturalization papers. Perhaps he returned to Italy twice??

Re: Help deciphering manifest script
So maybe Beniamino arrived in the US and married Giuseppina in Philadelphia. She died or they divorced (after their son Donato died in 1908). Then he returned to Scerni, Italy, married Maria and had 4 childern before he returned to Philadelphia?

Re: Help deciphering manifest script
Now that I have the same address for the person who I believe is the correct Luigi DiTullio in 1918 (WWI draft card) and 1921 (Beniamino's manifest), I need to find the 1920 census record for 725 Earp Street in Philly.
I have not been able to locate it by searching for individual names. So I'm ...

Re: Help deciphering manifest script
I did not have the Panfilo manifest. That is very interesting.
I'm sure that the family in West Chester, PA is not correct. I have the 1930 census record for my DiTullio family living on Camac St. in Philadelphia. My DiTullio family's first two children were born in Italy, Flavio (son) in 1906 and ...

Re: Help deciphering manifest script
I can't thank you enough for your assistance. I had no information regarding this connection.
In Beniamino's second arrival (1921), he indicates that his final destination is his brother Luigi at 725 ???? St., Philadelphia. I am uncertain of the street name--possibly Earp Street?, but this appears ...

Re: Help deciphering manifest script
I'm sure that is Luigi's arrival record. I had 1906 as his immigration date from census records and he was residing on Federal Street when Angelina arrived. I do not have any information about Luigi's family and did not know that he had a brother.

Angelina DiTullio is my wife's great grandmother. She arrived in Philadelphia in Nov. 1909 aboard the Verona. The ship manifest is attached. She is listed on line 12 and her two children, Flavio and Josephine are lines 13 and 14.

Re: Help tracing Bidini family of Philadelphia to Italy
This additional information is incredibly helpful. If possible, please let me know the source. Is emmigration, death or other information available?
Additionally, is this resource limited to this geographic area or available for other parts of Italy?

Re: Help tracing Bidini family of Philadelphia to Italy
Thanks entirely to the assistance with this post, I was able to obtain birth and marriage information for this family from Fagagna.
In searching the web for other information about the family, specifically Santa Quagliaro/a, I located a reference to a book by Zucchiatti Valter entitled "I nomi ...
